Our Flock Mill renovation transformed a three-bedroom house into an elegant, modern family home with a new loft extension.

The renovation of our Flock Mill project transformed a three-bedroom house into a modern family home. A key element was the loft extension, where we created designs for an extra bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and dedicated utility room. On the ground floor, the home renovation was focused on maximizing light and connection by completely opening up the space, creating continuous sightlines from the front of the house to the rear garden. Relocating the kitchen to the heart of the home allowed us to install a generous kitchen island, which now serves as a central anchor for family life, casual dining, and entertaining. A muted yet fresh colour palette establishes a calming, sophisticated atmosphere that flows throughout every space.
